1. Introduction Welcome to FOSON. By using our products and services, including custom cabinetry design, manufacturing, and professional installation, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. These guidelines ensure clarity, fairness, and smooth transactions between FOSON and our valued customers.
2. Orders and Payments
- To initiate an order, written confirmation and a deposit are required.
- Full payment must be made prior to or at the time of delivery/installation unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- Prices may change without notice; however, confirmed orders remain unaffected.
3. Lead Times and Delivery
- Estimated lead times will be provided upon order confirmation. Unforeseen delays beyond FOSON's control do not constitute liability on our part.
- Customers must ensure the site is accessible and ready for delivery and installation.
- If additional visits are needed due to site unpreparedness, extra fees may apply.
4. Installation and Site Conditions
- FOSON guarantees installation according to agreed specifications.
- Any deviations or additional work beyond the original agreement may incur extra costs.
- Customers must provide a safe, hazard-free work environment for our team.
5. Warranty and Claims
- FOSON provides a limited warranty covering materials and craftsmanship. Specific warranty terms are available upon request.
- Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable period and include necessary documentation.
- The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, poor maintenance, or external factors.
6. Returns and Cancellations
- Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Standard items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and subject to a restocking fee.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable based on the order's production status.
7. Liability and Indemnification
- FOSON is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or installation.
- Customers agree to hold FOSON harmless from claims related to improper use, modifications, or third-party interference.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, ensuring fair and lawful business practices.
